Due to a scripting error, the email for New Year's eve got sent out a few tooooo many times...
Appologies for those who were affected - all fixed now, though I do have to upgrade the software some time over the next few days to make sure this error does not happen again...

There may be a few minor disruptions over the next few weeks as the site is tweeked once again - it should not affect the content of any past devotions but there may be a day or two where a glitch will show up as I embed a new message format - this is to cope with upcoming changes to the Android App.
The next changes to the Android app may well take a while to get through because they have to be tested on a range of devices now including ICS and Jelly Bean devices - hopefully I will be able to change the look and feel to be more in line with their interfaces (Holo etc).

You may notice that this is a whole new start for these Daily Devotions. This platform will allow us to publish days in advance so that you get to have your devotions delivered on time and not after I wake up sometime in the morning - case in point this morning when I got up rather late ;-)
I think pulling in 1600 articles is enough to keep everyone happy - besides, the ones before that are not in my database anymore :-/
We will have to run both sites in parallel for a while until the old system is no longer required (unless I can fool things into sharing the same data) because we have an Android App out there that has a few people looking in every day now...
Hopefully I will have this, the new Chruch web site and my existing work all done in a short space of time...
